At Mealtime Together, we know every child is unique. Our team provides compassionate, evidence-based care that brings together behavior analytic strategies, oral motor support, and dietary guidance — delivered in your child's natural environment.

Our evaluation includes observations across multiple meals and, when appropriate, across settings to better understand your child's feeding challenges. It also covers a review of feeding history, medical status, nutritional concerns, and oral motor skills to help determine whether Mealtime Together is the right fit for your child.
Please note that your child must be medically cleared before beginning our intensive feeding program.

Treatment takes place in your child's home, school, or community and is structured around your child's individualized needs. We conduct multiple meals each day and focus on short-term goals such as:
→ Expanding food variety
→ Increasing volume of solids and/or liquids
→ Advancing oral motor and self-feeding skills
→ Improving mealtime routines
→ Decreasing refusal behaviors
→ Supporting bottle or tube weaning
Caregivers receive hands-on coaching and support to help carry over strategies between visits. Between visits, our feeding therapist stays in contact with families to provide support and ensure ongoing progress.

Our approach is collaborative and built around your child's specific needs, working alongside your medical team every step of the way. Our team includes a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Speech-Language Pathologist, and Registered Dietitian. We also collaborate with your child's pediatricians, gastroenterologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Caregivers lead sessions with remote guidance from the feeding therapist, working on 1–2 short-term goals each session. This option is designed for:
→ Families with experience implementing behavioral treatment strategies
→ Children with less intensive challenges and strong oral motor skills
→ Families outside our in-person service area
